What is Pilates?
Pilates uses the principles derived from Joseph Pilates for a full body workout for your body & mind. The Pilates apparatus gives resistance and assistance to give controlled movements of balance, coordination and flexibility. The exercises are designed with integration of core strength to help tighten, strength, and lean muscle mass.
Our philosophy is using Joseph Pilate’s fundamentals to enhance the correct alignment of the body and exercises to achieve the goals for each individual. The studio provides specific movements and stretches gives awareness and focus on specific areas that needs attention. Each movement is observed by a certified instructor.
